  About the Area

Explore some of the areas we serve. Each San Diego community has its own unique lifestyle and character..

  San Marcos

Without the congestion of a major metropolitan area, San Marcos offers the beauty of rolling hills and valleys. Located at an elevation of 570 feet and only 12 miles inland from the coast, the natural beauty of this town is breathtaking. Bordered to the west by the sandy beaches of the Pacific and to the east by the Laguna Mountains and Anza-Borrego Desert, San Marcos rarely has a less than perfect day. Fruit orchards, horse ranches and farmlands make it hard to believe that this suburban paradise is so close to urban civilization.

  Olivenhain

Olivenhain offers a unique rural setting filled with ranches, horses, and expensive homes nestled in the hillside. Although Olivenhain is rural in its setting, the Pacific Ocean, major shopping malls and grocery stores are only minutes away. The last 25 years has seen Olivenhain grow from a sleepy little town, where the community gathered at the meeting hall for picnics to one of the most desirable living locations in San Diego County.
