2021 - ANOTHER INTERESTING YEAR...

Another interesting year that's for sure… We have somehow adjusted to living during an
ongoing pandemic, which continues to surprise us. I'm optimistic that the toughest times
are behind us and that we live our best lives now.

The Housing Market continued to go bananas this year, and is now taking a
seasonal breather, which traditionally happens around the Holidays. We saw double digit
appreciation rates in 2021 and the market is predicted to appreciate around 7-10% by 2022
says NAR Data Report.

This year especially, we are grateful for staying healthy, and for our family, friends, and
neighbors who have trusted us to buy or sell a home this year. My real estate team and I
helped more than 36 wonderful clients buy or sell a home this year!

My family had an incredible vacation to Kauai this Thanksgiving. It was great being able to
travel again, all hang out together, spend quality time with the kids, and be able to take a
break from real estate. We swam, hiked, snorkeled, surfed, hung out, watched the sunset,
had a mai tai, and went on an amazing catamaran boat trip up the beautiful Na Pali coast
of Kauai where we saw dolphins, whales, and went snorkeling. Thanks to my awesome
new executive assistant Kasey, who handles everything at the office, knowing my clients
were taken care of, means a lot to me. Feeling grateful for this family trip!
