How's the market? I love getting this question. Because it depends if you're looking to sell, buy, rent or invest. I'll answer it from a seller's perspective today. Most homeowners don't get to feel the pulse of the market as we agents do. Especially in the markets we live and work in the most. The real estate market has a funny way of moving in waves. The November election and the holidays put a damper on our market and everyone froze! Yet in the last 10 days, people are getting off the fence and we are seeing a MAJOR UPSWING in the market - mainly due to record low inventory. Especially in areas like Carmel Valley, and other neighborhoods with good school districts. I listed a property just over a week ago on 7716 Marker Rd and during the two open houses we had 60-80 visitors come through. This resulted in multiple offers and we are in escrow well above asking price. This is great news for sellers!

So I need your help! My goal for 2017 is to help 36 families buy and sell a home. So if you have any thoughts of selling, NOW IS THE TIME as demand is high and supply is low. The market usually "shakes itself out" in the Spring when more sellers list their homes - So to get TOP DOLLAR, now really is the time sell your home in San Diego.
