2022 Kickoff Retreat with the Team was a huge success! With the New Year off to a great start in business, we wanted to celebrate our wins in 2021 and our goals for 2022. We all gathered in Temecula, California for some team building skills, business planning, and most importantly, wine tasting! By the end of the evening, we were full of laughter, knowledge, and a somewhat-successful Tik Tok dance.

HELLO SKIING ⛷

An update on my ski goal for the year....

🏔 Goal of min 15 ski days - the mountains are calling ⛷
I'm already at 7 ski days so almost half way to my goal! We were lucky to ski 3 days at Jackson Hole, Wyoming this past month, also skied Mammoth Mountain and Big Bear. Praying for more snow though! Need a good powder day 💥

Home prices & sales are rising across the Southern California housing market and San Diego is no exception. In Southern California, the median home price has risen by double digits for twelve consecutive months. Homes on the market are selling at a fast pace, often fetching multiple offers well above what the sellers are asking. Homebuyer demand is expected to remain strong in 2022, but it will be tested by increasing mortgage rates.
