I hope you're enjoying your Summer so far! As with many families, we are in the midst of juggling summer camps for the kids, having some fun, and busy selling real estate!

The first 6 months of 2017 has been really good, and my team and I have been fortunate to help many families buy or sell a home. The first start of the year was a bit slower, the Spring was really busy, and June and July is typically a bit slower with a lot of families taking vacations and enjoying Summer.

The Federal Reserve raised its key short-term interest rate last month, held to its forecast of another hike this year and announced a plan to shrink its $4.5 trillion asset portfolio in a move that will push up long-term rates over time
So while rates are still low, NOW might be the right time for you to make a move!
