November 2021

November has always been the month I reflect. We have so much to be thankful for. I
think one thing we can all be thankful for is getting to enjoy the Holiday season with
family and loved ones after the global pandemic left many unable to celebrate
together. I am extremely thankful that both my parents from Norway can travel to us
over the holidays after more than 2 years a part. After my family had to cancel our
trip to Hawaii last year, we are excited to get the opportunity to spend Thanksgiving
on Kauai this year.

With real estate, I am grateful for the 35 families we’ve helped so far this year. I feel
grateful for being in the business of providing shelter. The market in San Diego has
been HOT! Many families have moved up into bigger homes, some downsized into
smaller homes, searches for bigger yards and pools have increased, people have
changed jobs, moved due to lifestyle choices, or even started a nomad lifestyle of
“van life”.

As we approach the beginning of November 2021, I feel grateful for good health, my
family, my team including my new assistant Kasey, our loyal and repeat clients who
continue to need our real estate services and refer us, our dearest friends, good
neighbors, for our golden doodle Russ who makes us laugh, for all the places we
have traveled to in the past, for the great outdoors, and for living in San
Diego….Thank You!
