Back to School!

My kids finally went back to school after a fun summer! Jack is now in 1st grade and Emma in 4th grade. Wow, I can't believe how time flies! 10 weeks of summer break might be too long....even the kids were ready to get back in a routine. We took some fun trips, the kids were in summer camps while we worked, and we also enjoyed summer in San Diego going to the beach and Mission Bay. I hope you had time to relax and enjoy life too!

The market slowed down in July & August which is typical, as many families were on vacation. Most of the agents in my office said the same. We are starting to see homes staying on the market a bit longer and perhaps a tiny softening of prices. A few weeks ago I attended a real estate seminar in Anaheim for 4 days and the experts are predicting some correction of the market by 2020. So it may shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Time will tell!
